When printing a Publisher document I sometimes arrange to print the text
content with a mono laser printer and then run the same sheets thru an
inkjet to print the color graphics. To do this I need a picture only version
of the document and a text only version. The picture only version is easy,
but the text only version must have nonprinting place holders for all the
graphics because if I just delete the picture objects, the text floods into
the vacated space. I have an awkward method that involves creating all white
pictures to overlay the original graphics, but I'm hoping there's an easier
solution. Perhaps some way of freezing the text.
