Non-vicious synch-circle

The situation: I just recently switched to Mac 10.4 / Entourage 04 and am
now looking to install a working and preferably automatic synchronization
process between Entourage, iCal, Addressbook and my V3 mobile - but to no
avail so far...

Anyone who succeeded? And with what apps?

Any help will be highly appreciated!
