/nopreview cmdline option in O2K3 - disables reading pane ?

O2K3 when started with the cmdline option /nopreview seems to stop the
reading pane from being displayed. Though after a period of time, it seems
to forget that the option has been invoked and displays the reading pane
again.

I've got 3 hotmail accounts and one POP based being pulled into my outlook
session.


Any ideas what's happening ? Perhaps it's crashing silently and restarting
with no options ? If so, is there anyway to permanently disable the Reading
pane.
