Hello,
I'm using Outlook 2002 Pro with an Exchange 5.5 server.
I have a user who has customized his normal.dot for Word 2002 and now that
template is affecting how email messages are formatted when replying to
messages. For example, on the reply message, there is a large amount of
space between the original message header and body of the original message
instead of the normal double space.
For troubleshooting, I replaced the customized normal.dot with a new blank
one and the problem was resolved however the user doesn't want to lose his
customized normal.dot.
Is there a fix utility or another resolution?
Thank you.
