Not a Win32 application

I downloaded Business Contact Manager update for Office 2003 from
Microsoft.com website. I am running Windows XP on one computer and Windows
2000 SP4 on the other. After downloading, I received same message on both
systems: Warning:
(I won't include file locations), but ending says BCMV2UPD[1].EXE is not a
valid Win32 application.

How do I overcome this problem and install the program?
