not all e-mails have been recieved from oneaccount but have on another

have all my e-mails from my hotmail, but i can't seem to get all of my gmail e-mails. i even took all of my archived e-mails and put them back in the inbox. can anyone help?

Are they marked as unread? Try a new Identity in Entourage and see if it
will download them.

they are marked as unread and i can't create a new identity, i followed the directions in the help and nothing.

Have you possibly selected View --> Unread Only?
