not all messages print the same

Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: Intel

Why is that on some of my messages I get the full header information (subject, date, from, to) but not on others?? I have to print messages as records of my transactions and it is very annoying when it doesn't print because then I have to go to my personal Dell laptop and print form Outlook. Is there a setting I can change or what is the reason? Thank you in advance for the answer.

Header information does print differently between messages that are
plain text and HTML. Do you notice a correlation when trying to print?

Unfortunately, this cannot be altered in the current version of
Entourage. Please be sure to let Microsoft know you'd like to see this
feature changed in future versions by using the Help --> Send Feedback
mechanism in any Office application.

Thank you for your help. Yes, there's a difference with the type of message. That's annoying. I will definitely send a comment as you suggest.
