Not all the mail shows up

I have a user with Entourage 2004 that is not recieving all of his
mail. It is connecting to an Exchange 2000 server via the Exchange
account setup. He can see the missing mail in OWA, but they simply do
not show up in his inbox.

Any help would be greatly welcome.

I would try restarting Entourage pressing down the alt key. From the
application that then shows up, completely rebuild the cache. It should
zero the synchronization and re-download everything. Hopefully the
messages will then make it properly to your Entourage account :-\

I had the same problem with Entourage 2004 and Exchange 2000. Is the
user able to open the e-mails in OWA. The problem i encountered was to
do wth OWA on an exchage 2000 server. having moved to 2003 the problem
has been resolved. I could find no work around and ended up using
exchange v X to ensure i was getting all my e-mails. All the e-mails
that did not appear ended with a . in the subject line.

Hmmm. There are errors with others not able to open emails via OWA and
it is currently a 2000 Exchange. I have noticed that many of the emails
do end with a "." We are upgrading to 2003, and i will try Corentin's
adivce as well.
