Not getting mail from a user on the same server

Processor: Intel
Email Client: Exchange

Hello All:

This might sound crazy, but I am not getting mail from another user in my company who is on the same Exchange server. I have checked and they are not in my junk sender list. They are using Outlook 2003. I do not have this problem with anyone else.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you in advance for your help!

Check your Exchange account using Outlook Web Access (OWA). If you see
the messages in webmail then the problem is with Entourage. If you don't
then the problem is either with the sender or with your server.

Are you sure the user has your correct name? I appear in our Exchange
Global Address List as "Smith, William" but often people will send to
"Smith, Bill", who is someone else in our company.
