Not getting my reminders

Hi

I have Outlook XP installed on a windows 2000 server with
citrix metaframe XP.

All of my users are having difficulty with their reminders
they set in the calender, sometimes they come up sometimes
they don't. If the user closes the outlook program then
restarts it then the reminders appear, but if they click
on snooze then the reminders stop again.

Does anyone have any idea what's wrong.

We have the latest service packs installed from Microsoft.
