not getting return receipts

I am set up on Yahoo's POP3 mail server, and do not get
return receipts (delivery or read) from anyone I send to -
even myself. What is going on?

Some ISPs will not relay read-receipts, as they would provide spammers with
a way of telling when addresses were valid. Contact Yahoo and ask them if
they are doing so.
