Not letting me import XML data

I'm using Excel Office 2003, and when I try to import XML data into an RSS
feed, there is no RSS option. I try to get to it by clicking on a cell and
going to XML, or going to Data-Import-XML, as someone else instructed me to
do, but I am not getting a button to click for importing XML.

Can anyone help me?
