I've got a problem about receving attachment
Some of our collegiate send email (with attachment) from our branch office in UK to some factory and CC a copy to the main office in HK
The factory recevied the email and attachment, but some of the collegiate in our office didn't receive the attachment (not all, but only a few collegiate). Our collegiate from UK also CC a copy to me but I can received it
For our UK collegiate, she had this problem before in HK. All I have done is remove her exchange mailbox and create one new mailbox for her and it solved for a few month
The mail that sent by our UK collegiate is just like a normal email with attachment, but didn't know why some of the ppl can receive it, but some of the ppl couldn't...
Besides, when our UK collegiate resend the mail using resend function, all of people can received the mail with attachment(included the HK collegiate that didn't received the attachment)
Any of you have the same experience, please help
