We are using Outlook 2003. Someone using Eudora is sending an attachment and including comments in the e-mail message (i.e., a regular e-mail). However, when we receive the e-mail and attachment, the comments can be viewed during a preview but not when opening and reading the message.
When the originator removes the signature block from the message and sends the attachment and comments, the comments can be viewed.
This situation does not occur if the originator sends the attachment and comments to a Yahoo account or someone using Office 2000.
Suggestions?
