Not receiving emails in my inbox

Hi Corentin,

Not sure why this just stopped working...It was working fine for the last
three years until today. We are on an Exchange server that PC users have
Outlook. The network is on a remote server. How do I check the POP or IMAP
server settings? Are the settings on this Entourage application?

We are on an Exchange server

Try Control-Clicking your Inbox in the folder list and choosing
Folder Properties > Empty Cache.

Another option is to select the Inbox and select "Synchronize Now".
