Not receiving mail

My company uses Neomail and recently I have only been able to receive mail intermittently. What can I do to correct this.

mail intermittently. What can I do to correct this.

If you're receiving any mail then your Entourage settings are correct
for that account. You should be investigating your Mac's network
connection or server problems next.
