If I start entourage, it collects all the emails sitting on the server through my IMAP account. This account is with my company mailserver. After all the emails have been collected, Entourage will not get any new messages. It checks and sees new messages but does not download them.
What I have to do each time is quit Entourage and restart to get the latest messages. I have set the schedules not to live sync as well to see if that helps but it did not.
The other problem is that I cannot find how to get Entourage to subscribe to all my IMAP folders?
I would really appreciate help with the above.
