not receiving mails from external domains

I'm having dificulties with my outlook 2002 when i try to
receive any mails from external domains.Outlook is on lap-
top runing with XP os.I'm receiving mails only from my
internal domain.I have checked all basic settings,pop3 and
smtp are configured as they should be.Only i have this
kind of problem in my domain.Can any one please help me to
solve this problem.Thank you in advance

Do senders get an NDR (non-delivery report)? If so, what does it say?
Have you tried sending to your Internet mail account from, say, a Yahoo
account, to test?
Can you see anything in your Internet mailbox with your ISP's webmail
interface, or if they don't have one, www.mail2web.com ?
