not seeing exchange server

I have been trying to set up Entourage 04 for the Macs in my dept. I've
gotten the information from IT to plug into the fields. But for
whatever reason, I still can't get it to work. I've got the exhange
name and the address. I've gone into Netinfo manager and even added 2
hosts (one the exchange server name the other our domain name) but to
no avail.

Does anyone know how in the world I can get this to work? We're
currently using Explorer 5 to view our mail. So basically we don't have
access to the calendar or anything else. We use Explorer to view and
reply to our mail. Enevetibly we're going to have to go with an email
client since it will become obsolete to view our email through the
browser.

Take a look at
http://simultaneouspancakes.com/Int/archive/2004/06/how_to_configur_1.shtml
and see if that helps. It was written specifically for SBS 2003 with
Exchange 2003, but you should be able to use it to get your Entourage
configured.

HTH...
