Not so much a 2003 upgrade Installation problem but...

I have installed Office 2003 (an UPGRADE from Office 97) successfully on a
number of machines, BUT - when my pilot users open any Office 2003
application it goes through the (what should be a once only) small install
dialogue screen (for about 5 secs) then rolls it back as if uninstalling it,
yet the applications open without every time without further problems.

This was pushed out using an MST file put together using ORK worked
perfectly well on my test PC.

Any ideas please please please!!!

I think it might be admin rights on the local machine. On your test machine
you probably had admin rights, on the other "pilot tester" machines they are
probably restricted correct? I have run into this in the past with NON admin
rights. Well that's my 2 cents.

i just logged on to a troublesome PC as one of my test account and it seems
