Notebook style

Looking to create a document in Word that is a notebook style. Having tabs
on the right that might allow easy access and linking -

Document will be the basis of a marketing buisness plan for client
relationship nad services -

Word doesn't do that kind of tabs (assuming you're talking about something
similar to Excel).
