Notes Field

I need the ability to print out the entire notes field. I have bulleted
text, carriage returns...etc in this field. I am running resource reports
using the filter and map options. I need to add the entire notes field to
this export. Can someone please help? I am using MS Project 2003
Professional desktop version.

Cheryl,
There are three options that come to mind for what you want. The
simplest is to go to File/Page Setup/View tab and check the option for
"Print notes". The other two options are a lot more complex because they
require the use of VBA or SQL to query the Project database directly.

You will not be able to print out the entire Notes text as a column in a
view or by using a simple export map although a copy and paste to
another application (e.g. Excel) will work.
