hi,

how can I print (or even see) the notes made onto a calendar event?
I want to archive in paper a whole year and I don't want just to have
the calendar events but also the notes I made at the event...
any help?
thanks

You can get my shareware "Export-Import Entourage" scripts at

Thanks,

I do not want to export notes - what I mean is the notes field provided
as integral part of an calendar event - this is only be seen by opening
the event (lower part of window) and extra sheet at the pda.
this I want to be shown in lists or monthly presentation.
Any idea?
thanks again

I'm perfectly aware of what you mean.

If you export the Calendar using my Export-Import scripts (namely Calendar
Export form X script), and then open the resulting exported text file in
Excel (you could also open it in TextEdit, but it would be a lot easier to
read in Excel) then the "Content" column displays the note area of each
event. That's what you said you wanted to do.

The script can export all calendar events, just a selection (from a custom
view lie "All Events") or by Category, or from a time period you specify .

If you just want to export and read ONE event at a time, drag the event out
of Entourage to make an .ics file. You cab then open that file in Text Edit,
and you'll find the note near the bottom labeled as "DESCRIPTION".
