I am interested in this too. I have saved all of my notes as CSV files, TXT
files, and Tab delimited TXT files and nothing imports. Entourage looks for
MBOX files, which Outlook does not offer as an export format.

When you drag a note to the desktop it's extension is .ics.

Try the demo of Paul Berkowitz's Export-Import Entourage 1.3.10
Shareware

A collection of over 50 scripts to export and import almost everything -
Contacts, Groups, Calendar Events, Tasks, Notes, Messages, Folders,
Accounts, Signatures, Mailing Lists and Categories - from one identity of
Entourage X or 2004 to any other, to and from Entourage 2001, and to
transfer Contacts, Calendar, Tasks and Notes to and from other PIM programs
on the Mac and Windows, with special converters for Microsoft OUTLOOK, Excel
and other programs.

Thanks. The scripts worked fine to import my notes, although the demo script
did not work and I had to buy the script. MS should include this in their
program since it is a conversion between two MS programs.

Thanks for your help.

I have obviosuly totally misunderstood something here.

My Notes are in Outlook on my PC which I have copied to the desk top of
my MAC I wanted to convert
them into Entourage, but I do not think these scripts work in this
case, am I correct?

Thx John

I forwarded this on to the author of the scripts. He should reply soon.

They won't import as .txt files using my scripts (although it wouldn't be
too hard to write a script to do so - perhaps some has. You'd lose
categories, however.)

Export them again as a single .CSV file, just as the instructions tell you
to do, and then you can convert them and import them, as Thomas did.

Read the Registration, Installation and Outlook sections of the ReadMe.

I'm sorry I could not make _all_ the scripts work in Demo mode. If I did, no
one would ever buy them, since 95% of people just need them once and that's
all. Only Contacts work in Demo mode - for Notes you need to buy them.
