Short answers: No. Longer answer: Insert multiple blank slides, put the
notes on the notes pages for the blank slides, then hide the blank slides.
Longer answer that works better: Use File--> Send to--> Word and send the
notes and the slides. You can then add as much note text as you want for
each slide. Be sure to link the files, so that you can break the link later
to decrease the Word file size.
All that said, my favorite way to do this is to use Bill Dilworth's Slide
into Word add-in. You can find information about it on this page of his
