Notes Question

I am using Entourage 2008, connected to Exchange 2007 SP1. When I create a
note in Entourage it does not seem to be synchronizing with the mailbox. I
can't see the note in OWA. Is this by design or am I missing something?

Note unfortunately won't synchronize through Exchange. You can use the
Send Feedback command in the Help menu to let MS know you care about
this feature

Thanks Corentin,

I thought so, but wanted to double check. Somehow one of my Entourage users
lost his Exchange account. We were able to rebuild the account in the same
Identity but his notes are gone. I assume since they are not stored in the
mailbox then they are lost?

Well they are int he identity that had the Exchange account. If you can
get to it at all anymore, then yes, the notes are lost,

A workaround for Notes is to create a folder such as "My Notes" and then
use the File --> New --> Post command to create posts. Do *not* name
your folder "Notes". That is the actual name of the folder used by
Outlook/Exchange but placing posts in that folder can have unexpected
consequences.
