notes & startup

hey all,
first of all does anyone know how to get notes in outlook 2003 to
automatically restore to the way the were when outlook was exited, upon re -
opening (by way of ones that are showing/hidden), and also is there a way to
get outlook to automatically add notes recieved by email from within the
doamin to be aded to the users notes folder and be opened (so they are
sitting on the screen when the person arrives back at their station)

also, i have the 'hide when minimised' option selected in outlook, and i
have put outlook in the startup folder for some users, but no matter what i
do, i cant get it to start minimesed (in the tray) i have changed the 'run'
option of the shortcut to minismed and it still opens normally,

any help would be greatly apperciated

thanks
shane

1) Notes are items and they get closed when you close Outlook. When you
start Outlook you'll have to open them again

2) No, but you can send notes as an attachments as well so that they can
drag and drop it to the Notes folder

3) Starting Outlook in a Minimized state only works when Outlook is closed
in the Normal state or in the Minimized state. When you close Outlook in the
Maximized state it won't work.
