Notification Sounds for Emails Sent and Received

I cannot bear the MS notification sounds (alerts) for when an email is
sent or received, and have turned them off. Does anyone know how to
import the sounds that Apple Mail uses? I miss the rocket blast when
sending an email and the pleasant sound when an email has been
received. (I know, you wish these were your problems. But hey, I've
just started. I'll be back with more pressing conceerns). Thanks, rb

Alas, Soundset Central is no more. I have a few sound sets available here,
but not the wide choice that was available on Soundset Central.

I have been trying to find an application that will allow me to create new
sound sets, but it does not appear that there are any available anymore.

I have a bunch of great .wav files (which I can easily convert to almost any
format), but the application Expressions v.X does not seem to work anymore.

ResEdit is too complicated for most people to use and frankly it is too
outdated and technical.

Does anyone know of any application that still works that allows folks to
create a new sound set with different files?
