I am new to the MAC world... It has been quite a shift from the "MS" way of
doing things, but great none the less. I don't believe it to be a bad
decision if initial experiences are anything to go by.

My question is that I use to track my mail in Outlook, meaning I had the
ability to turn "read" and "delivery" notifications/receipts on and off.
Can this be done in Entourage? If so, how?

It works only as intranet - something you used only with other people on
your own Exchange server.
