Nuking all calendar data

J

Jay Maynard

I've had it. I'm simply too tired of watching the spinning beachball
while waiting through literally hundreds of Entourage -18576 errors
trying to sync my calendar. I can't get any help with it, here or
elsewhere. Nobody seems to know a damned thing, and as for getting
support out of Microsoft? I'd laugh uproariously if I weren't so
furious I'm ready to throw my machine out the window.

I want to nuke every last Calendar entry and start fresh, on my laptop
and desktop. I'm going to nuke every last enty out of iCal. I'm going
to nuke every last entry out of Palm Desktop, just in case it's still
in the picture. I'm going to ask my Exchange admin to nuke every last
entry out of the server.

How do I go about it?

If I can't fix this, Entourage is getting removed with extreme
prejudice and I'll stick to Outlook Web Access.

To delete all events, create a custom view ³All Events². I believe this is
one of the default views.

All Items ˆ Calendar events

Criteria:
Category Is None
Category Is not None

Select all events in the custom view and delete.
