Number to Time Conversion

Hi! Help me please again

How will I convert numbers to time value?

For example, i have 21.85 hrs. How would i convert this to this forma
HH:MM:SS? In this case: 22:25:00 i think.

if you always have this format try:
=TIME(LEFT(A1,2),MID(A1,4,2),0)

21.85 hrs = 21.85/24 = .910416667 = 9:51:00 PM

correction. Make this:
=--LEFT(A1,5)/24
and format as time
