Numbered List Indent Problem

When I make a numbered list and the list extends beyond
the number 4 Word indents back to the left margin. Is
there a way to fix this?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Your problem could be caused by using the number and
bullet icon on the toolbar. When making numbered lists,
it's a good idea to used style-based formatting. See...
