Insert > Page numbers. Make your choices, then press Ctrl
+ Shift + Enter (Hold down the Enter key) until you have
created the number of pages you need. Feed your
preprinted document according to printer documentation in
order to get the page number to come out in the right
place, and Print. Make a copy first, in case pages stick
together in the printer or something like that. Practice
on just a few pages until you have tweaked it to your
liking.
