NX PowerLite

Has anyone had problems opening a PPT 2003 presentation that has been
compressed with NX PowerLite? I am running Windows XP with Office 2000 on a
Gateway 1.8Mhz P4 with 256 MB of Ram, a speaker brought in a 2003
presentation that had been compressed. The file took over a minute to open
(the compressed file size was 608KB) and then when it did PPT would lock up
if I tried to do anything with presentation, I could not go to sorter view,
put it into show, scroll past more than 20 of 30 slides.
I tried using the PPT 2003 Viewer to open the file and was unsuccessful.
Finally someone in the audience had a laptop that was loaded with Office
2003, I inserted the CD and files ran fine.
Any thoughts?
Thanks

Sounds like an issue with your system, since the audience member was able to
open and run the file with no problems.

Make sure Office 2003 has had SP1 (at least) applied. Open PPT and go to
Help|Check for Updates and install SP1 and SP2 for Office 2003.
