Occasional Problems with Sent Attachments

I don't think this problem has anything to do with Entourage, but I am hoping someone may be able to advise.

I am a graphic designer and I send out, on average 30-40 emails containing attachments a week. Of these, maybe two come back with the reply that the attachment didn't appear and instead the body of the email contained a large amount of undecipherable code.

These are always jpegs (under 1mb) and always send as traditional attachments.

The people I am sending to are not always heavy computer users...all types of email programs...all types of OSs.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is there anything I can do about this?

I see this type of problem with people who use webmail. Are you noticing
the same folks are having the problem? If so, find out what E-mail
clients they use.

You might also try zipping the files prior to sending as well.

Hope this helps!
