Odd Entourage Behavior

Lately I have been having difficulty getting opened messages to scroll.

When a message arrives, I click to open and find the scroll bar is grayed
out (actually white). I can close the message and scroll through the
messages displayed in the list box. (Scroll bar is blue). Go back into the
message, or select reply or forward and the new window's scroll bars are not
functional.

The problem occurs for both the message body and header windows.

Has anyone run into this? Any suggestions on how to fix?

Are you also seeing the problem where you don't have insert focus when
you reply? In other words, when you're in this state and you reply to a
message, can you start typing immediately or do you have to click in
the message body before typing?
