I have a group set up in Entourage that's giving me fits.
If I enter the group in the To line, it won't send. But if I enter the
names one at a time, it will.
If I receive a message from someone in the group and Reply All, I get
the same error message. The message is:
"Cannot send mail. The SMTP server does not recognize any of the
authentication methods supported by Entourage. Try changing the SMTP
authentication options in Account settings or contact your network
administrator."
I don't have trouble sending in any other circumstance - it's just this
one group (and I have several groups that work just fine) - so I
presume my settings are ok. Any ideas what's going on?
