OE Removed access to the following unsafe attachments in your mail

I'm using Outlook Express 6

I use to receive email (jpg & some mail more than 2MB)
keep send me back this msg "OE Removed access to the
following unsafe attachments in your mail: XXX.eml"

And I can't read the mail at all..

can anyone help me to over come this problem
