OEM EULA Popup Box wont go away

Anyone ever have a problem after installing Office 2000
and OEM EULA popup box comes up everytime an office
application is opened. I have selected accept and then
closed the application, then it comes right back the next
time. I installed Office 2000 as a domain admin on the
network, and the user is having this problem when they
login and try to use the office suite.

Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.
