oem version sould be able to install to the second pc

If you purchased preinstalled version, it may looks cheap at that moment but
it won't let you installed to the second pc, not only that but you won't be
able to get the assistance direct from Microsoft, naturally if you have any
problem you have to deal with those ignorants which the manufacturer
provided(my case DELL). I recomend you purchase the upgrade version, which
you can take care both situations.

Actually you should do just a tad bit of research first before purchasing
Office software if you want to use a cheaper than retail version. Dell or who
ever is a reseller of the product.

That is why it is cheaper...

I believe you mean the *retail* version, not the upgrade version.
