Office 2000 Premium install wont continue

I just did a fresh install of Windows XP on one of my hard
drives, and wanted to install Windows 2000 Premium. I can
put the first CD in and it will go through normal process
(name, company, etc.), until it gets to "Installing Office
2000 Premium". The installation goes fine until the
installation bar gets to about 1/3 through, then it just
stops there and can't seem to keep on installing, even
after 30 minutes. I did checked Add/Remove Programs, no
Office items in there, and even downloaded and ran the
Windows Installer Clean-up Utility. Still stops dead 1/3
of the way through installation.

Any and all assisstance will be appreciated.
