Office 2000 Pro

I was trialing Office 2007 Beta and the trial period expired. I would
purchase the suite but could not find an Update price so I attempted to
revert to my Office 2000 Premium Suite.
I was successful EXCEPT FOR OUTLOOK.
For reasons I do not understand, my installation disk indicates OUTLOOK is
not available. It was available before I installed the Office 2007 Beta
trial software—the shortcuts are still in my Office Toolbar (although the
icon is showing ?)
Can anyone help me here.

Do you have an answer to my "disappearing" Outlook 2000?

You can only have one version of Outlook installed in a single Windows
partition. You already have Outlook 2007 installed, so that's your one
version. You can uninstall Outlook 2007 and then install Outlook 2000
if you want. If you need to access your emails etc. from Outlook 2007
in Outlook 2000, then don't uninstall Outlook 2007 until you copy the
data from the Outlook 2007 .pst file to an Outlook 97-2002 .pst file.

You can find suggested retail prices for full and upgrade versions of
Office 2007 at

big-box stores such as Sam's Club and Costco. You do realize that the
free Office 2007 beta is not a qualifying product for upgrade pricing to
any version of Office?

Sure do. I was running MS Office 2000 Premium when I installed the beta
trial of 2007. So I want to formally upgrade from Office 2000 to Office
2007. That's legit isn't it?
