On the shortcut toolbar, the icons have become a white
callout icon with a blue question mark in the center
instead of the usual icon representing an application.
Rebooting does not help. My next step will be to run the
Repair function in the Control Panel.
What causes this to happen? Is there a simpler or another
way to correct this?
