Office 2002 Clip art

I have never been able to understand how to use the clip art in Office 2002.
Office Professional 2000 was much simpler to use. There must be a way to
simplify the use of clip art in 2002. What is the point of the clip organizer?

The clip organizer is used to organize clips so you can search by keyword.
It also allows you the ability to not only search for clipart on your hard
drive, but it also looks to the web for additional results, therefore
improving your search results.
