Hi,
I've recently distributed Office 2002, with SP3 installed at the admin
point, via the software distribution feature of Group Policy, to 10 PCs, as
an upgrade to office 2000. The install seemed to work fine, however since
then I've had all 10 users complaining that their PCs are running slower
than normal, files taking a long time to save, and sometimes a lag on the
screen when typing.
We're running compaq evo 530s, with P4s, 256mb ram, 40gb hard disks, Windows
2000 sp4, McAfee 4.5.1. and Lotus Notes 5.
I can't see any reason why this would happen.
Can anyone help?
