Office 2003 - Business Contact Manager won't load

This has come up before. I tried all of the suggestions. Edited the registry key; tried to re-activate the add-in but it wasn't listed; tried to install the addin but didn't know its name and couldn't find it; ran the enablebcm.exe (or whatever it is called) and it said it was already enabled

Where to go next???
