Office 2003 Can't Find Photo Editor

I just upgraded to Office 2003.

I find MS Photo Editor to be a very useful little program. Perhaps that is
why it is not installed as a default.

I could not find it in setup under advance options, after completing the
default upgrade installation.

Does Office 2003 offer an improved photoeditor with a new name?
Is the photo editor no longer available?
Is there a built in feature of Office for editing images that I missed?

TIA,

Pete

Doesn't seem like much of an upgrade when you lose functionality. MS
removed something useful and did not replace it with anything better?

editor from an earlier version of office.
