I have a HP 2000 Inkjet printer. When setting up the mail merge, I tell the
program that I want my custom sized envelope to be feed from the far right,
face down and length wise (return address side first). When the mail merge
starts, it only will print in the center in either orientation. I have
attempted to reset the envelope printing options... with no luck. Is this a
software problem or a printer problem?
