Office 2003 French Problem

I have installed Office 2003 Pro and I can't set the language to englis
it keeps appearing in french.

Can anyone tell me how to change or what i need to fix it. I am runnin
Windows XP Professional. Please help (

Could it be that it is the French or French Canadian version of Office. If
so, you can't change it. You will have to buy the English or American
version, if you want everything to be in English.

If you purchased the French or French Canadian version of outlook (including
pirate versions) it will always appear in French no matter what you do...you
need to buy the English version of Office to see everything in English.
There is no settings to change. It is the *software* version that sets the
language.

I am having the same problem - but I know for sure that my copy is not an illegal copy and it is English - it is a network copy at my place of work (closely related to MS)
