office 2003 imperial system setting

Hi,

I currently have windows xp home edition with office 2003 running on my pc.
Although I have the us (imperial) system set in my regional setting, when
using office (word, access...) my rulers, tab, margins etc are specified in
mm. How can this be changed to In (imperial units)?

Thank you (this really is a big help)!!!

Daniel

In Word, click on Tools | Options | General | Measurement units: Inches
| OK. Or if what you think is mm is actually ch (character units), then
see http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=299339 "You cannot change ruler
measurement unit from character units after upgrade to Office XP".

Thank you so very much, I was about ready to pull my hair out over this. I
must have missed that option when I went through the options menu.

Thanks once again!
